Peanut butter and jelly is one of those classic combinations that quickly transports us back to our childhood. This cookie will do that, but will also make you happy to be an adult and making your own choices. We’ve taken our peanut butter base (made with our own homemade peanut butter) and added chocolate chips and peanut butter chips to it. We then fold it around a generous scoop of raspberry preserves and an extra-large peanut butter cup, and top it with more chocolate and peanut butter chips. Adulthood never tasted so good.
